Welcome to QR Menu SaaS. By registering an account, configuring a digital workspace subdomain, or scanning our platform systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the relation between you, the platform, and our sponsoring partner, Panchit Social Media Platform.
1. Accounts & Registration
To register and access the QR Menu services, you must connect securely using your verified account on Panchit. You are fully responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your credentials and for all operations that happen inside your business subdomain workspace.
2. Proper Use of Service
You agree to use this platform only to host lawful business operations (e.g. food menus, hotel bookings, event directories). You must not upload or publish any offensive, fraudulent, or illegal product content. The platform reserves the right to suspend any workspace that violates these conditions.
3. 100% Free Sponsored Beta Program
During the current active Beta Launch phase, all premium plans and platform capabilities are provided 100% free of charge, sponsored fully by Panchit Social Media. We reserve the right to modify resource allocations or limitations of free tiers in the future to keep the service stable for all Indian local merchants.
4. WhatsApp Checkout Routing
QR Menu SaaS acts as a dynamic frontend catalog interface. Orders placed by customers are formatted and redirected straight to the merchant's WhatsApp phone number. We do not process, intercept, or handle payments. All business transactions and deliveries happen directly between the merchant and the customer.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime, we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operations or database permanence during the Beta program.
